To help you stay up-to-date on all the new tools and improvements we’re making to the Faire selling and discovery experience, we’ve built this handy running log of releases. Bookmark this page, and check back each month to see what’s new on Faire.
July 2026
New: Upload your lookbook or catalog to your Faire shop page
You can now upload a PDF catalog or lookbook directly to your shop page from your shop settings, giving retailers a way to see your full assortment and merchandising beyond the product grid.
Retailers will see a button on your shop page to view your catalog, with the first page shown as a preview thumbnail. Simply go to My Shop > Shop page > Your brand catalog.
Why it matters:
A catalog gives retailers a richer way to browse your assortment and deepens their engagement with your brand, the same way it does at a trade show booth.

Update: Enhanced Promotion performance metrics
The Promotions page now shows how your promos are actually performing. New features: personalized ready-made promotions with one-click setup, an aggregate performance overview (traffic, sales, discounts funded) filterable by time period, a per-promotion detail view with settings and order history, and a "Promotions applied" filter on your Orders page.
Why it matters:
You can now see whether your promotions are working, not just that they're running — making it easier to invest with confidence.
Update: Add fulfillment info in bulk for Ship on Your Own orders
If you use Ship on Your Own, you can now add fulfillment information to multiple orders at once by uploading a CSV instead of entering tracking details one by one. Select your unfulfilled orders, download the orders CSV, fill in the carrier, tracking number, and cost, then re-upload to fulfill them all in one step. If anything's off, you can download an error file showing exactly what to fix.
Why it matters:
Less manual, order-by-order data entry means faster fulfillment for Ship on Your Own brands, especially those shipping high order volumes.
June 2026
Now live for European brands: Promoted Listings
European brands can now set up advertising campaigns on Faire! Simply choose your target audience (we recommend both new and returning customers) and set a monthly budget. From there, Faire will automatically promote your products to the high-intent retailers—no advertising experience needed.
Why it matters:
Promoted Listings help boost your visibility and get your products in front of relevant retailers, so you can grow your customer base and drive more orders.

Now live: Faire Market tools in your portal
Faire Market returns July 20–23, with early Insider access on July 20, and setup is now live in your portal. You can set your promotion, matched by Faire up to 5%, and follow the Faire Market Event Guide to prep for the biggest sales event of the season.
Why it matters:
Faire Market is your most important sales moment of the summer. Set your promotion before June 28 to be included in the directory at launch and boost your visibility.
New: Trends Hub and Local Hub—two new ways for retailers to discover products on Faire
Retailers now have two new browsing destinations on Faire, each designed to help them find products that feel relevant to them right now.
The Trends Hub surfaces Faire's fastest-moving products, personalized to each retailer's category and buying history, so they can spot what's gaining momentum and buy with confidence.
The Local Hub helps retailers discover and shop products from brands in their region. For retailers who prioritize buying local, it's now easy to browse nearby brands in one dedicated place.
Why it matters:
Both hubs give your products a new way to get found by buyers who are actively in discovery mode. If your brand is trending or based in a region with strong local buying habits, these surfaces put you in front of the right retailers without any extra work on your end.
Targeted promotions for specific retailers and segments
You can now create targeted promotions for specific segments or individual retailers, not just your entire customer base. Whether you want to reward your highest-volume buyers, re-engage a lapsed customer, or follow up with retailers you met at a trade show, you can tailor your offer to the right audience.
Why it matters:
Targeted promos let you be more strategic with your margins while making retailers feel like the offer was made just for them. That kind of personalization builds loyalty and drives more intentional buying.
Open cart email automation
You can now turn on an open cart email automation that sends a timely nudge to retailers who have your products sitting in their cart but haven't placed an order yet. And to make that nudge even more compelling, you can pair it with a promotion to give them an extra reason to buy.
Why it matters:
These retailers have already shown interest — they just need a small push at the right time. An automated follow-up means you're never leaving those orders on the table, without adding anything to your plate.

New: Product-level analytics for Promoted Listings
The Promoted Listings performance page now includes a Products tab, giving you a product-level view of your advertising results. You can see which items are being promoted, how many impressions they're getting, and whether retailers are clicking, ordering, and discovering more of your catalog from there.
Why it matters:
Now you can spot your top performers, identify listings that could use some optimization, and make smarter decisions about where to focus your ad strategy, all backed by real data.
May 2026
Update: Ship with Faire rates just got lower—by 18%* on average (US)
Lower Ship with Faire rates are now in effect for US domestic shipments, thanks to recent negotiations with top carriers. Brands can take advantage of these lower rates now by using Ship with Faire when fulfilling orders, and retailers will see these updated rates automatically.
Why it matters:
Shipping costs are a real line item in your margins. Whether you're a brand trying to secure orders or a retailer factoring in landed costs, lower rates mean more of your revenue stays where it belongs—in your business.

New: Tell us how aggressively to promote your products (US & Canada)
Promoted Listings now includes Growth Mode, a new advertising setting that lets brands choose how aggressively their ads compete for visibility on Faire. Brands can pick the level that matches their strategy, from prioritizing cost efficiency to maximizing reach. Recommended budget ranges adjust automatically based on the level selected, so both settings work together.
Not sure where to start? Brands are defaulted into a setting based on current performance and can adjust from there.
Why it matters:
Every brand approaches advertising differently. Growth Mode gives brands a simple lever to match ads to their actual goals, whether that's protecting margins or investing in scale, without needing deep advertising expertise to make it work.

Update: Your products now show up more visually complete on Faire
Faire now uses AI to automatically improve how brand product images appear to retailers in the marketplace. If your product's hero image was displayed too zoomed in (cutting off edges or hiding parts of the product) it will now be reframed so the full product is visible at a glance.
Why it matters:
Retailers make quick decisions in discovery. When your product is clearly framed from the start, they're more likely to engage with it, and more likely to place an order. This improvement happens automatically across your catalog when needed.

Update: VAT fields now included in your bulk payout export (EU)
EU brands can now download all the tax details needed for VAT filing directly from the bulk CSV payout export in Brand Portal, including: retailer VAT and EORI numbers, VAT amounts, and totals with and without VAT included.
Why it matters:
Getting your VAT return right used to mean opening invoices one by one to pull the data manually. Now it's all in one export — so you can close your books faster and file with confidence.

Update: Faster product search when managing orders and collections
For brands with large catalogs, searching for eligible products—whether you're editing an order, creating an invoice, or building a collection—just got dramatically faster.
Why it matters:
Slow search in the middle of an order workflow slows down your team. This improvement enables your team to manage your catalog and fulfill orders without interruption, even if you carry thousands of SKUs.

April 2026
New: Sell to business-use buyers on Faire
A new type of customer can now shop from you on Faire: verified business-use buyers. These are businesses purchasing products for their own use—like hotels, offices, restaurants, wellness centers or corporate gift buyers—not for resale.
When you receive an order from a business-use buyer, you’ll see how they plan to use your products, so you can make an informed decision before accepting. Faire also handles sales tax collection and compliance for these orders, so you don’t have to manage it yourself.
Why it matters:
This opens the door to a new group of buyers looking for products to run their business, helping you grow beyond traditional retail. You still have full control over who you sell to, with clear visibility into how your products will be used.

New: Add GIFs to your email campaigns
You can now add GIFs to the emails you build in Faire’s Campaigns tool—making it easy to bring your products to life with movement.
Whether you’re showcasing new arrivals, highlighting bestsellers, or reinforcing your brand style, adding GIFs helps you create more visually dynamic emails.
Why it matters:
Animated visuals naturally draw attention. With GIFs, you can catch retailers’ eyes, showcase your products more effectively, and create emails that feel more on-brand and engaging.

New: Sales insights on product pages
Now, shoppers will automatically see badges on top-performing items—highlighting when the product is in the top 1%, 5%, or 10% most reordered products in that particular category. These signals appear directly on product pages to help retailers quickly understand what’s selling well and build trust, especially when new to a brand’s products.
Why it matters:
When retailers feel more confident in what they’re buying, they’re more likely to place an order. By showcasing strong product performance, your bestsellers can stand out, build trust faster, and convert more shoppers into customers.
New: Reorder hub for retailers
We’ve introduced a new, dedicated reorder hub to make it easier for retailers to restock products they’ve already purchased.
Retailers can now browse past orders in one place, with helpful filters and sorting options to quickly find what they need—whether they’re restocking bestsellers or planning for the season ahead.
Why it matters:
When it’s easier for retailers to reorder, they’re more likely to come back to your products. This creates more opportunities for repeat orders and helps you build stronger, more consistent wholesale relationships.

New: Lightspeed X-Series POS integration for retailers
We’ve launched a new integration with Lightspeed X-Series, making it easier for retailers to order from Faire and set up your products in-store.
With this integration, product details like names, descriptions, and photos automatically sync into retailers’ POS systems—removing the need for manual data entry and speeding up in-store setup.
Why it matters:
When retailers can onboard your products quickly and easily, they can start selling sooner, helping drive more orders and repeat sales.

- Case pack support: You can now enable case pack setting on Shopify, Faire now automatically converts your pricing and inventory to the correct unit-level format—so everything stays accurate.
- Fulfilment tracking sync: You can now sync tracking numbers from Shopify to Faire, so when you mark an order as shipped, tracking updates automatically.
Why it matters:
Together, these updates make it easier to automate your workflow across Shopify and Faire. You can spend less time fixing errors or updating orders manually—and more time focusing on growing your business with confidence.

March 2026
New: Deeper insights into ads performance
Based on brand feedback, we’ve added new metrics to the Promoted Listings performance page to help you better understand the impact of your ads. Note: Promoted Listings is currently available for our North American brands in the USA and Canada.
What’s new:
- Monthly ad sales by source: a visual breakdown of ads-driven sales from new customer ads, returning customer ads, and previous months’ ad acquisitions. This helps you see the ongoing, long-term value driven by your ads.
- First-year ROAS: a standardized measure of long-term performance for each month you ran ads. ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) shows how much revenue your ads generate relative to spend. For campaigns under a year old, this metric uses predictive modeling, and after a year the metric will show actual returns.
- Utilization: a way to see how much of your ads budget is being used. For the current month, this metric will show the percentage of available budget spent to date. For past months you’ll see how much was actually spent at the end of the month. This can help you determine whether increasing your budget would help drive more results.
Why it matters:
Promoted Listings can drive both new retailer discovery and repeat orders. These new metrics give you the insights you need to better understand the full value of your ads investment long-term and refine your strategy along the way. We recommend waiting a month after making any changes to assess impact to your performance.
New! DHL is now available as a Ship with Faire carrier option in the UK
You can now use DHL when you Ship with Faire from the UK, with up to 20% lower rates compared to other carriers. To try it, head to an order you’re fulfilling and select Ship with Faire, then choose DHL as the shipping carrier.
Why it matters:
This gives you another option for accessing Faire’s negotiated shipping rates, while streamlining your order management—you can easily print your shipping labels and commercial invoices directly on Faire, and pay nothing upfront.
February 2026
New: AI-generated color swatches to boost product discovery
We’ve rolled out AI-generated color swatches across Faire to help your products stand out and make it easier for retailers to browse color options at a glance.
Why it matters:
Retailers rely on color swatches to quickly understand what options are available - but until now, adding swatches has been a manual step for brands. This automation now helps retailers discover and evaluate your existing products more easily. And for brands, it means faster, more clear listings with less manual work.

New: Disability-inclusive brand identity tags
We have added two new brand identity tags, Deaf Owned and Disabled Owned, to better reflect the people and stories behind the brands on Faire. This update was inspired directly by feedback from our community. Retailers are now able to search by these brand identities as well.
If your brand identifies as Deaf Owned or Disabled Owned, you can now select these tags in your brand settings.
Why it matters:
These updates reflect growing demand from both brands and retailers for more inclusive discovery tools and make it easier for your brand identity to shine through.
These types of tags appear on your brand shop page and power retailer-facing filters, making it easier for value-aligned retailers to find and support your business.

New: Product change history log now available
You can now view a detailed change history for key product fields right from your product page.
This new log shows what changed, when it changed, and who or what made the update (including third-party integrations like Shopify or sub-users), along with before-and-after values for: price, product status and on-hand inventory.
Why it matters:
Product change history helps you quickly understand updates to your products—so you can resolve issues faster. No more digging or guesswork.
