Yes, you can sync fulfillment information from Shopify to Faire, and from Faire to Shopify.
How can I sync fulfillment information from Shopify to Faire?
In order to sync fulfillment information from Shopify to Faire, you need to have fixed rate shipping enabled. For more information on this, please see Can I set a flat rate or free shipping minimum?
Once fixed rate shipping is enabled, navigate to the preferences tab of your Shopify Sales channel in Shopify.
Under ‘Orders’ click ‘Manage’.
Find the ‘Fulfillment sync’ setting. Here, you can select how you would like to sync fulfillment information.
To sync fulfillment information from Shopify to Faire, select ‘Shopify to Faire only’. This will pull the tracking number listed on an order in Shopify to Faire once the order is marked as shipped by the carrier.
This sync will not pull any tracking costs associated with the order from Shopify. Tracking costs will be assigned to orders based on fixed shipping rates you have set up.
How can I sync fulfillment information from Faire to Shopify?
Syncing fulfillment from Faire to Shopify will be the default setting enabled.

To sync fulfillment information in both directions, select ‘Sync both ways (Faire to Shopify and Shopify to Faire)’. This will pull tracking information from Shopify to Faire and from Faire to Shopify when applicable.
What if I only have fixed shipping rates available for some locations?
Fulfillment syncing is only available for orders that have fixed rate shipping applicable to them. If an order does not have a fixed rate available, we will not sync fulfillment information, and it will need to be added manually.
