Collections allow you to highlight new products and bestsellers, curate and merchandise your shop page or group your products by delivery windows.
How do I create a collection?
- From the Products > Collections tab, select the Create collection button.
- Under Collection details input the name of your collection, then add a description to let retailers know the story behind your collection and what makes it unique.

To add products, select the Search products option. This function will display all products related to your search, and you can choose to select one or multiple items at once.
- To look for additional products after finishing a search and choosing some, enter a new search term and continue selecting more products.
- You can add published styles that are available to ship now or for preorder. If you have new styles to add on Faire, please visit How do I add products using the Bulk Uploader?
- Under Featured image, add a picture that is representative of your collection. This is what customers will see when they visit your shop page on Faire.
- Under Featured video, upload a video to bring your collection to life and show your products in motion.
- Once you’ve finished building your collection, select Publish collection.
- Once your collection is published, you can Preview, Unpublish, or Delete it.
- You can view all of your published, draft, and unpublished collections from the Collections tab.
What image should I choose for my collection?
You can upload a featured image or select an image from the products in the collection. We recommend adding a square lifestyle image that showcases your collection to retailers.
What video should I choose for my collection?
Videos are a great way to bring your collection to life. You can include videos that speak to the inspiration behind your collection or showcase the products in motion. The video file size cannot exceed 2 MB and we recommend your video resolution be at least 1080p. For video content tips, visit Can I add a video to my shop? or check out this video example
How will my collection appear to retailers?
Every collection you publish will be featured on your Collections page, which is always accessible to retailers to click on from the tab navigation, regardless of where they scroll or navigate on your page.
You can preview your collection by selecting the Preview link in the collections editor.
To rearrange the order of your collections, simply drag and drop a collection and select save.
How can I add a promotion to my collection?
- From the Collections tab, select Create promotion on the right-hand side beside the desired collection.
- This will open a new window, you will be asked to fill in the promotion name, date, promotion eligibility, and location.
- For collections, the discount amount can only be a %.
- The collection section will be populated with the collection you selected from the collection page.
- Once all fields have been added select Save promotion to publish your promotion. From the main promotions page Collections promotions are specified in the column Promotion type.
Promotions at the product level cannot overlap with promotions at the collections level. If any of the products in your collection are currently on a product-level promotion, you will need to end that promotion before setting up a collections promotion.
Shop-wide promotions can be run at the same time as collections promotions, the collection promotion will be applied to the product listed in the collection first, then the shop-wide promotion will be applied to the discounted price.
If a retailer purchases items from your collection and receives the promotion, they will see the original prices on their invoice with strikethroughs, followed by the promotion prices.
Do retailers need to check out the entire collection to receive the discount?
No, retailers do not need to check out the entire collection. They will need to meet your qualifying order value on the product, but they do not need to purchase the whole collection. The discounted amount will come off the products within the collection.
How can I share my collection?
Once you have published your collection, you can let your customers know by using the Campaigns tool to send an email announcement. When designing your email, use the Collection Spotlight template to auto-populate with imagery from your collection.
