Descriptive product details allow you to highlight key features of your products on Faire such as color, material, style, ingredients, and more. Adding this information can improve product discoverability in search and filtered results, and helps retailers confidently make a purchase.

- Home Decor: blue rug, modern art print, linen duvet cover
- Apparel: bohemian blouse, cocktail dress, plus size sweater
- Jewelry: gold vermeil ring, pearl earrings, zodiac necklace
- Accessories: cashmere scarf, blue light eyeglasses
- Footwear: wide loafers, white sneakers
- Food & Beverage: gluten-free pasta, shelf-stable canned goods, grass-fed production
- Paper & Novelty: funny greeting card, paperback book, baby shower party banner
- Beauty & Wellness: floral scent perfume, anti-aging lotion, matte finish foundation
- Pets: organic pet food, chew resistant dog bed

Brands are responsible for providing accurate information about their products, including attributes and details. Our team routinely reviews product listings for quality and accuracy. As part of these efforts, we may remove product attributes and details from products that have been inaccurately added.
How to add attributes and details
Navigate to the Products tab in your brand portal to add attributes and details to your products.
To add attributes and details to individual products:
- Select the product you’d like to edit in the Products tab or create a new one.
- Locate the Product details section and select all relevant tags.
- Select Save.
To add attributes and details to multiple products, you may use the Bulk Editor.
- Checkmark the products you’d like to edit in the Products tab in your brand portal and select Bulk Edit.
- Choose Edit Columns.
- Select the product detail categories you’d like to edit.

To add attributes and details, you can:
- Add an attribute to an individual product by selecting a tag from the dropdown.

Add an attribute to multiple products by doing one of the following:
- Checkmark the products you'd like to edit. Make an edit to one selected cell and that edit will be applied across all selected cells.
- Use the editor like a spreadsheet. Copy a cell (Ctrl+C or ⌘+C), click and drag to select additional cells, and paste (Ctrl+V or ⌘+V).
When adding attributes and details, make sure you have selected an accurate product type for your item. Choosing an accurate product type will ensure relevant attributes and details are editable.
How many attribute tags can I add per product?
You can add up to 6 attribute tags per product: 2 tags for aesthetics, 2 tags for fits, and 2 tags for occasions.
How are attributes and details used on Faire?
- Appear in filtered results and collections: Attributes and product details can ensure your products are discoverable when retailers apply select filters or browse collections.
- Show up in search results: Attributes and product details increase the likelihood of your products showing up when a relevant search is made.
- Highlight product details on listings: Certain attributes and details such as material, ingredients, fit, and more will appear on your product page. This information helps retailers better evaluate your products to find the right fit for their store.
