Managing products

Can I see which changes have been made on a product?

Product change history can be viewed on your product page, including when the change was made and who made the change.

The changes that can be viewed are:

  • Wholesale Price
  • Retail Price
  • Inventory
  • Product state

Where can I see changes that were made to my products?

  1. In your product page, click “More” in the top right corner
  2. Click “Version History”
  3. Change history can be viewed, including what the change was, the date it was made, and who made the change.
  4. Select a specific version by clicking on the date.
  5. Here, you can view the specific changes made to the product on this date.

Why don’t I see my product changes listed here?

Product changes for the past 90 days are visible. Only updates from February 2026 and onwards will be visible. If you have questions about changes prior to 90 days ago, please reach out to support.


Will this track changes made by my integration?

Yes, this change history will include changes made by your integration. This will be noted under the ‘version’ section of the change table.


Can I revert any changes made to my products?

We do not have the ability to revert any changes made to products through this feature, but changes can be manually made to products through your product page.


I see changes on my product that I do not recognize, what should I do?

These changes can be made by other users on your team or by integrations that you may have with Faire. If you see changes to your product that you don’t believe were made by any of these sources, please contact our support team.
