The Faire brand portal is your hub for managing all your Faire business, including how to fulfill new orders, manage your product catalog, and update your shop page. Here you'll find:
Home
When you sign into your Faire account you'll land on your Home page. Here you can see an overview of what's happening with your brand on Faire, including your analytics snapshot, any open orders, your top shop overview, referrals, unread messages from retailers, and your integration details.
Orders
Under your Orders tab, you are able to view, manage, and fulfill your orders. You have the ability to view your orders by status, search for an order by customer, order number, or SKU, and filter by ship date and order type.
In your Invoicing tab, you have the ability to create orders for all your wholesale customers, even those not on Faire. To learn more, visit How to write your orders through Faire.
You also have the ability to view all of your payouts under the Payouts tab. You can view all paid and unpaid orders, filter the timeframe, and easily export payout reports.
In your Issues tab, you can see all the orders where retailers have created a missing and/or damaged report.
Messages
Stay connected with your retailers through your Messages tab. Once a retailer has placed an order with your shop on Faire, they’ll appear in your Messages tab so you can easily contact them about their order as needed. To learn more, visit How do I contact my retailers on Faire?
Products
You can manage your entire product catalog under the Products tab. Here you can add and edit products individually or in bulk upload, manage your inventory count, create collections of curated products, and track your products' performance with page views, number of orders, and units sold. Customers
Your Customers tab is where you can view and manage your Faire customer contacts. You have the ability to add customers, send campaigns and offer promotions to customers in bulk, and view individual customer info and activity to help you grow and support your business. Marketing
Build customer relationships and drive orders with marketing opportunities, tools, and resources through your Marketing tab. Here you will see customized marketing tips, and tooling to manage your email campaigns, automations, promotions, marketing flyers, and digital images.
Your Events tab is where you can view Faire's event details all in one place.
Faire Direct
Within your Faire Direct tab, you can access your personalized Faire Direct link to share with your customers, tools for sharing your link, and your summary of Faire Direct activity, including sign ups, orders, and order volume. To learn more, visit our Faire Direct Guide.
Analytics
Your Analytics tab provides insight into how your shop is performing on a variety of metrics, including several core categories: analytics summary, total sales, shop traffic, customer service, and sell-through. To learn more, visit Viewing my shop’s performance analytics.
My shop
Your My shop tab is where you can manage your brand shop on the Faire marketplace. Here you can manage Top Shop, customize your shop page, arrangement, videos and reviews.
Settings
Your Shop settings tab is where you will be able to control your orders minimum and in which locations your shop will be visible, here you can also change your Company name, your Fulfillment email and the Primary category.
The Shipping tools tab is where you can set up custom shipping rate for your customers.
In your Account settings tab, you can update your personal contact details and your login email, set up or update your bank information, as well as your tax information and email notifications.
You have the ability to seamlessly connect Faire with your business through the Integrations tab. This will allow you to easily manage your shop and inventory while ensuring your inventory is always up-to-date.
