Chaimen is the spice blend used to create the scrumptious Armenian dried beef called basturma. Our blend brings the unique flavors of that delicious treat in a form that can be used on (or in) just about anything. For a delicious twist on hamburgers, add 2 tbs per pound to ground beef (or your favorite ground not-beef). Also great as a sprinkle to add a rich herbal flavor to spreads and starches. Ingredients: Fenugreek, paprika, sea salt, cumin, garlic, cayenne, Tellicherry pepper.
