CHARACTERISTICS It is a 100% organic extra virgin olive oil from Coratina variety olives, it is the first oil of the vintage, obtained from carefully selected olives in a land delimited by the company, in Minervino Murge. The olives were milled in an oil mill 2 hours after harvest. It has an intense and complex flavor, is rich in vegetable aromas, and that of green tomatoes stands out. On the palate, the spicy notes are strong, the bitterness is balanced, it is an oil with personality.
