How to edit products in bulk

Use the Bulk editor

The quickest method for updating products in bulk is by using our Bulk editor. For instructions, please see How do I use the Bulk editor?


Use the Bulk uploader

You can add or edit multiple products at once using the Bulk uploader. For more information, please see How do I add products using the Bulk uploader?


Ask our team for help

If you need to add or edit more than 10 product listings at once, our team can help! You can submit a request by providing a file with your products’ additions or edits. Your catalog file must be in .xlsx or .csv format.

When filling out your catalog, please do not paste your images directly into the catalog file. We accept the following image formats:

  • .zip file
  • Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer link
  • Direct links to images from your website

Make sure to provide high-resolution images for each listing you’re updating, and clearly label each image with the corresponding product or style name as listed in your catalog file. For more information, visit our Product Photography Guidelines.

If you plan to submit a Dropbox or Google Drive link, please ensure that permissions are set so that anyone with the link can view and download the file(s). For more information, see How do I share my product images for onboarding?

Once you’ve prepared your catalog and image files, use the following steps to submit a request to our catalog team:

  1. Go to your Products tab and select Add products.
  2. Choose Get Faire to help from the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose your request type. If you have a spreadsheet file, you can add it here by selecting Upload spreadsheet. If this step doesn’t apply to you, select Skip.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Choose your image sharing preference and select Next (or, if you're not adding images, select Skip).
  6. Enter instructions for our team (required). Please provide clear and detailed notes to ensure your request is completed properly.
  7. Select Submit.

Once you’ve submitted your request, it may take our team up to 5 business days to update your catalog. You'll receive an email once the team is finished with your request, but keep an eye out for emails from our team in the meantime in case we need to request more information from you.
