Our new range based on smoked fish is prepared on the island of Yeu in the Vendée (85), by Quentin in the last cannery on the island. A traditional recipe from the Île d'Yeu, our Smoked Tuna and Pork rillettes are prepared from Albacore White Tuna from Vendée and Breton fishermen and French pork for a subtle harmony of land and sea flavors. Smoking tuna gives character to our rillettes while pork brings generosity and an ultra melting texture to die for.
