How do I know if I qualify for new brand benefits?
These benefits are available to new brands for the first 14 days on Faire. To qualify for this benefit, you must meet all of the following criteria within your first 14 days of activating your account:
- Upload 75% or more of your catalog
- At least 95% of your products have descriptions that exceed the minimum character requirement.*

At least 95% of your products do not have any of the following image issues:
- Low resolution
- Watermark
- Does not meet our product photography guidelines
If you qualify for this benefit, you’ll see an update on your homepage that You’re being featured in New Arrivals. You can view how your brand is performing on Faire, and we’ll display a countdown so you know when your benefit is coming to an end.

Yes, you will have 14 days to qualify for the new brand benefits after you activate your shop on Faire. If you qualify, you'll get the benefits for up to 3 weeks.
