Made by Tenuta I Giardini del Castello. It is a limited edition coming from a unique vineyard, between the Castle of Conegliano and the city. 43% slope, historic vineyards, 100% handmade. Chemical treatments are reduced to a minimum because the microclimate makes them almost unnecessary. It was a bet on the quality of the wine and we were right. The residual sugar is 0 gr/L and thanks to the charmat production method, the recommended average life of the product is 18/20 months compared to the traditional 12/14 period. It is comparable to a Cartizze Prosecco Superiore. Prosecco Superiore Mani Sagge Tenace Extra Brut is the new great Mani Sagge wine.
