Recognized by top chefs as an exceptional product, Kampot pepper is a must. Cultivated exclusively in the provinces of Kep and Kampot in Cambodia, it now benefits from an IGP designation. Its cultivation requires patience and rigor, since a tree only begins to be harvested after several years. Harvested by hand, meticulously sorted and then dried, it is finally calibrated, in order to offer you the best: the largest grains of the harvest, homogeneous and incredibly aromatic. Our Kampot pepper is IGP certified and our specifications exclude any use of chemical fertilizers and fertilizers.
