If you need to make changes to your catalog, you can export your existing products to a CSV file (similar to our Bulk uploader template).
How do I download my entire catalog?
To download all of your existing products:
- Go to your Products tab.
- Select Export.
- Make sure the All products option is selected, then choose Export spreadsheet.
How do I download specific products?
To download one or more individual products:
- Go to your Products tab.
- (Optional) Use Search products to view certain products and check the corresponding boxes to include them, or use Filter by to view a specific criterion.
- Select Export.
- If you're using a filter, make sure to select the Filtered products option. If you selected individual products, make sure you have the Selected: option chosen.
- Chose Export spreadsheet.
How long does the export take?
Your file should begin exporting immediately, but large downloads may take up to 4 hours to complete. We’ll send you an email when your file is ready.
