Our Venison & Berkshire Pork Salami (5.5oz) is made with New Zealand Venison & Berkshire pork. It's fermented and aged for three months. Seasoned with red wine, juniper berries, and black peppercorn. Venison is known as a leaner protein, dense in essential nutrients, tender in texture, and high in moisture. Artisanal salumi is always made with a natural pork or beef casing. This salami comes in an easily removable natural casing, showcasing the artisanal quality of our salumi.
