We had an issue with one of our orders and their response and resolution was beyond any expectations I had. They seriously raised the bar for other companies. I am a huge fan of Salami and Truffles, so this was a no-brainer for me. Our customers can't get enough of the wild boar prosciutto, black truffle salami, and uncured bison salami. I have yet to try one that I didn't like.
