Ship with Faire Insurance

In this guide

When you ship with Faire, we include our default carrier insurance to protect your shipments from damage or loss during transit.

This insurance provides coverage of up to $100 per order for all Ship with Faire carriers. The $100 is paid out in your payout currency.

How can I apply insurance to my orders?

We recommend reaching out to our team, and a support specialist can assist you with applying insurance coverage for applicable orders. The following conditions must be met:

  • The retailer submitted a report that items were missing or damaged.
  • The issue occurred in transit.

Can I purchase additional insurance?

Yes, you can purchase additional insurance for your orders through EasyPost within your account. For more information visit Protecting your shipment with EasyPost insurance

You may also be able to ship on your own if your account is eligible for this shipping option. This would allow you to purchase additional shipping coverage through the carrier.
