- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- Open the Faire direct referral offer filter group
- Choose Eligible to claim from the dropdown

Email them monthly with seasonal picks or product launches and highlight their benefits: 50% off (up to $150), one year of free shipping with your brand, and commission-free orders. How can I segment based on customer store type or location?
How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- Open the Store details filter group:
- Select Store type to target by retailer category
- Select Location to target by country, state, or region

How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- In the Order history filter group, select from:
- Products purchased
- Product types purchased
- Enter or select the relevant product or category
Why this works: Send targeted messages to customers who bought specific SKUs or categories. Share similar or complementary products, or ask for a review.
How can I segment to remind customers about their expiring Faire Direct free shipping?
How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- Open the Faire Direct referral offer filter group
- In the Free shipping expiration dropdown, choose Next 30 days
Why this works: These customers are close to their Faire Direct free shipping offer expiring. You can encourage them to place one more order while the benefit lasts, and include bestsellers or new launches.
How can I segment to ask for product reviews?
How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- In the Order history filter group, select Has ordered under Faire activity
- Open the Review status filter group and select No from the Review submitted dropdown
Why this works: Follow up with customers who ordered but haven’t left a review. It’s a great time to check in and ask for feedback to boost your brand rating.

How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- Open the Campaign activity filter group
- Under Email delivery, select Active
Why this works: Avoid emailing your full list. Target active contacts only to reduce bounce rates and improve open and click-through rates.
How can I clean up my customer list to remove uninterested or invalid contacts?
How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- Open the Campaign activity filter group
- Under Email delivery, select Spam report

How can I segment to promote free shipping to Insider customers?
How to filter:
- Go to the Customers tab and select Filter
- Open the Free shipping filter group
- Under Free shipping status select the checkbox for Free shipping:Insider
- Under Insider status select the checkbox next to the options based on eligibility or order minimum
Why this works: This lets you send targeted emails promoting free shipping to Insiders. If you're contacting Insiders with different minimums, include a note like: “Insider order minimums set by Faire may apply.” For higher precision, you can segment by specific minimums.
