Email Deliverability
| Recipients | The number of retailers you sent the email campaign to. |
| Active recipients | The number of retailers to whom we will attempt to send the email (unless they are rate limited). This excludes email addresses that have previously bounced, unsubscribed, or spam reported, as well as high-risk email addresses. |
| Inactive recipients | The number of retailers to whom we will not attempt to send an email due to factors outside of our control. Factors include: previously bounced, unsubscribed, and/or spam reported. |
| Delivered |
The total number of emails that were successfully delivered. |
| Queued | Emails that are ready to be sent, but haven’t been sent yet. In some cases, emails may be queued because we’re still waiting for delivery confirmation from the email delivery service. |
| Bounced | Emails that weren’t delivered because they either hard bounced or soft bounced (returned an error from the recipient’s email provider). |
| Rate limited | Emails that weren’t delivered because our system limits the number of emails a retailer can receive within 24 hours. |
| Skipped |
Emails that weren’t delivered because either: The recipient didn’t receive your email because a technical error occurred after the email was queued to be sent.

| Invalid address | The email address was mistyped or is no longer valid. |
|
Blocked |
The owner of this email domain has blocked incoming emails. |
Engagement
|
Total clicks |
The number of link clicks on delivered emails. |
| Click rate | The percentage of delivered campaigns where recipients clicked a link. |
| Total opens | The number of delivered emails that were opened. |
| Open rate | The percentage of delivered emails that were opened. |
| Unsubscribed |
The number of people who unsubscribed from your marketing emails through that particular campaign. |
| Reported as spam |
The number of people who reported this campaign as spam. |
Orders
| Orders from opens | The number of orders attributed to the campaign is based on whether the retailer opened the email in the 7 days before they placed their order. An order can be attributed to more than one campaign. |
| Order volume from opens | The total value of all the orders attributed to email opens associated with that campaign before the commission is removed. |
| Orders from clicks | The number of orders attributed to that campaign, is based on whether the retailer clicked a link in the email in the 7 days before they placed their order. An order can be attributed to more than one campaign. |
| Order volume from clicks | The total value of all the orders attributed to email clicks associated with that campaign before the commission is removed. |
Email Domain
By checking your account settings, you can confirm whether you are sending emails on Faire through the Faire domain or your business domain.
| Faire domain |
The email domain provided to you by default through Faire. Using this domain will send emails to retailers from an @faire.com email address for your brand. |
| Business domain |
The email domain associated with your business. If you have set up and authenticated your business domain on Faire, emails on Faire will be sent to retailers from your business email. |
