To import new products from Shopify to Faire, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify.
- Choose the Products tab within your Shopify sales channel, and select the checkbox next to the product(s) you’d like to import.
- You’ll see one of two options within the Publishing card, depending on the version of the integration you have:

- Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify.
- There are three ways you can import new products from Shopify to Faire:
- To import a single product:
- Select the checkbox next to the single product you’d like to import.
- Choose the three dots within the Publishing section and choose Manage sales channels.
- Select the checkbox next to Faire: sell wholesale to turn the sales channel on.
- Select Save changes to automatically publish this product to Faire.
- To import multiple products:
- Select the checkbox next to each product you’d like to import.
- Choose the three dots in the right corner for More actions and select Include in Sales channel.
- Select Faire: sell wholesale to turn the sales channel on.
- Choose the Include products button to automatically import the selected products to Faire.
- To bulk import products:
- Select the checkbox for all products.
- Choose Bulk edit.
- From the bulk edit view you’ll select Columns and select the checkbox next to Faire: Sell Wholesale to add this channel.
- Once this column is added, you can select all products you would like to add from the Faire: Sell Wholesale channel column.
- Select Save to automatically import the selected products to Faire.

How do I import products without the new Shopify sales channel?
- Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify
- Select the Faire:Sell Wholesale Sales channel and choose Publish products
- You’ll be asked if you want to Resolve product linking issues before publishing?
- If you select Resolve linking issues:
- You can link products in your Faire catalog to Shopify before publishing to prevent duplicates on Faire.
- You can add missing information for Shopify products to be able to publish to Faire.
- All products must have a price listed in order to import successfully
- If you select Publish anyway:
- You’ll be brought to a page where you can select the products you want to import to Faire
- If you select Resolve linking issues:
- You’ll have three options to choose from for importing products:
- All products: Imports all products from Shopify to Faire

Tagged products: Imports products with a specific tag on Shopify.
- You can only select one tag at a time
- Custom Selection: You can individually select the product or variants you would like to add to Faire.
- Confirm your selection and select Next
- Select your publishing method:
- Publish live on Faire - products will automatically be available for sale on Faire
- Save as draft on Faire - products are imported in a draft state and can be reviewed before they go live on Faire
- Select Publish to Faire to begin your product import
- This can take up to 10 minutes depending on how many products you are publishing
- Once the import is complete, you’ll be brought to the bulk editor to review:
- Automatically added products
- Missing information
- More detail on any errors that need to be resolved
- Once you've made your changes, select Save Edits, and either choose to publish automatically or save products without publishing.
- Newly imported products are now listed in the Products tab.
