How do I import my catalog through Shopify?

To import new products from Shopify to Faire, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify.
2. Choose the Products tab within your Shopify sales channel, and select the checkbox next to the product(s) you’d like to import.
3. You’ll see one of two options within the Publishing card, depending on the version of the integration you have:

1. Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify.
2. There are three ways you can import new products from Shopify to Faire:
   1. To import a single product:
      1. Select the checkbox next to the single product you’d like to import.
      2. Choose the three dots within the Publishing section and choose Manage sales channels.
      3. Select the checkbox next to Faire: sell wholesale to turn the sales channel on.
      4. Select Save changes to automatically publish this product to Faire.
   2. To import multiple products:
      1. Select the checkbox next to each product you’d like to import.
      2. Choose the three dots in the right corner for More actions and select Include in Sales channel.
      3. Select Faire: sell wholesale to turn the sales channel on.
      4. Choose the Include products button to automatically import the selected products to Faire.
   3. To bulk import products:
      1. Select the checkbox for all products.
      2. Choose Bulk edit.
      3. From the bulk edit view you’ll select Columns and select the checkbox next to Faire: Sell Wholesale to add this channel.
      4. Once this column is added, you can select all products you would like to add from the Faire: Sell Wholesale channel column.
      5. Select Save to automatically import the selected products to Faire.

How do I import products without the new Shopify sales channel?

1. Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify
2. Select the Faire:Sell Wholesale Sales channel and choose Publish products
3. You’ll be asked if you want to Resolve product linking issues before publishing?
   1. If you select Resolve linking issues:
      1. You can link products in your Faire catalog to Shopify before publishing to prevent duplicates on Faire.
      2. You can add missing information for Shopify products to be able to publish to Faire.
      3. All products must have a price listed in order to import successfully
   2. If you select Publish anyway:
      1. You’ll be brought to a page where you can select the products you want to import to Faire
4. You’ll have three options to choose from for importing products:
   1. All products: Imports all products from Shopify to Faire
   2. Tagged products: Imports products with a specific tag on Shopify.
      1. You can only select one tag at a time
   3. Custom Selection: You can individually select the product or variants you would like to add to Faire.
5. Confirm your selection and select Next
6. Select your publishing method:
   1. Publish live on Faire - products will automatically be available for sale on Faire
   2. Save as draft on Faire - products are imported in a draft state and can be reviewed before they go live on Faire
7. Select Publish to Faire to begin your product import
   1. This can take up to 10 minutes depending on how many products you are publishing
8. Once the import is complete, you’ll be brought to the bulk editor to review:
   1. Automatically added products
   2. Missing information
   3. More detail on any errors that need to be resolved
9. Once you've made your changes, select Save Edits, and either choose to publish automatically or save products without publishing.
10. Newly imported products are now listed in the Products tab.
