If your Shopify products aren’t showing up on Faire after an import, there are a few things you can check.
Is your product in an active status in Shopify?
Only active products can sync to Faire. Products with a draft status in Shopify won’t import.
To update a product status:
- Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify.
- Choose the Products tab and select the product.
- Within the Status card select the double arrows to choose Active.
- Select Save to make the changes.

Refreshing the Faire:Sell Wholesale sales channel can help trigger a new sync. To do this:
- Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify.
- Choose the Products tab and select the product(s) not showing up on Faire.
- Locate the Publishing card and choose Manage.
- Deselect the checkbox next to Faire: Sell Wholesale to turn the sales channel off save at the top of the screen, and select it again to turn it back on.
- Select Done to save the update.
Are the products I am importing through Shopify missing information?
Faire requires that your products have complete product information filled in to import successfully. Make sure each product has the details filled in for:
- Product title
