Description
Each block contains a balanced blend of crab cuts for versatile use: - Top Layer (25%) – Leg and carpus pieces for firm, meaty texture - Middle Layer (35%) – Shredded white and red crab meat, ideal for crab cakes or fillings - Bottom Layer (40%) – Chunky portions from arm, joint, claw, and shoulder for hearty dishes Thawing (Overnight Method): For optimal quality, remove the crab from the vacuum-sealed bag and place it on a leak-proof tray. Refrigerate at 38°F (3°C) or below, then thaw for approximately 18 hours. Drain any excess liquid before use. Storage: Keep product frozen at 0°F (-18°C) until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store the thawed crab in the refrigerator and consume it within two days for the best flavor and texture.

ok. marylander here. home of crabs. home of everything crab. this is AWESOME!!!!! i did the math. this vac sealed bag of happy is the equivalent of an afternoon's worth of work to peel about 2/3s of a bushel of crabs and the work is done and delicious does it have old bay? no. but i do. and several extra hours in my life that wasn't spent getting it into little cuts in my fingers made by crab shells
