We’re very sorry to hear that our Kaluga did not meet your expectations and that you found the texture mushy. Quality issues with perishable products like caviar need to be addressed immediately upon receipt, not weeks later after the product has expired. In this case, the concern was raised 38 days after delivery, by which time the caviar was already past its expiration date, so we are no longer able to fairly assess its condition or offer a resolution. —OLMA Caviar • 8 mai 2026
