The product is good quality and is priced fairly. Chive does not give refunds for or send replacements for items broken in shipping. You have to place another order to receive compensation for the broken pieces. I had two broken pots in my order and have no reason to place another order if they do not sell well. Knowing the hoops you have to jump through to get damage resolved, I will not order again even if they do sell well.
