Post-college, we became roommates. Turns out having a home filled with plants was something we had in common! Unfortunately, it was difficult to find a place online to purchase houseplants that was easy to navigate and wasn’t just geared to wholesale. So, in 2017, we launched Houseplantshop.com, Houseplantbox.com, Houseplantwholesale.com, and Houseplantdropship.com to become the ultimate destination for everything houseplants. Originally working out of our humble house, we have now grown to occupy a much larger and well-equipped greenhouse in Central Florida. I feel like the last 2 or 3 shipments I have been missing so many plants in my order. Finally, when I get something delivered, it’s weeks later and the box is missing item again. I have not heard from anyone when I message them in the chat and it’s been such an inconvenience as a small business. I rely on this company because I am able to order small amounts of product as my shop is tiny. Please someone reach out to me so I can get this rectified.

Every vendor I’ve dealt with on fair does not provide tracking numbers. I don’t know if it’s a Faire thing or a vendor thing. Plants were very healthy. My only complaint is they were drastically smaller than shown in the photos- some made me question the value. They are growing out great though. Very nicely potted and packaged.

I've ordered from HPW for quite awhile now. For the most part, their plants are always gorgeous. Once in awhile you get a few skimpy ones but figured that's the chance you take when ordering live plants. Bottom line, I've always been completely satisfied with the quality. However, the last few times I have ordered, the communication has been slim to none. No answers to messages, zero replies etc. In the past, their customer service was top notch so not sure what is changing.
