Be VERY careful when buying from Chive. I was NOT aware we needed to take pictures of boxes when delivered just by chance you open and see broken items. I will NEVER buy from this company again. The packing was AWFUL. So many broken items inside a box that appeared okay.

We're sorry you had this experience, truly — every damaged item from your order shipped out again the very next day, so the resolution was faster than most restaurants get you a check. The photo requirement isn't ours; it's how our Faire's system processes damage claims, the same as it would for any package that gets tossed around en route. We ask for it so we can actually fix the problem, not so we can make you do paperwork for sport. We also noticed you left one star not just on the product, but on communication and fulfillment too — categories that, as far as we can tell, performed flawlessly and swiftly on our end. That's either an impressively thorough grudge or a keyboard that got away from you.
