This is Broadbent's best, fully cooked Country Ham, thinly sliced and ready to eat. Perfect to serve on biscuits or rolls for occasions such as weddings, showers, brunches, and picnics. These also make for a tasty centerpiece on a Charcuterie Board! DO NOT BE ALARMED IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARRIVE WARM. Broadbent Cooked & Sliced Country Ham is good outside refrigeration for 7 days. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of this product, we recommend keeping it refrigerated for up to 3 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA requirements for safety. SERVING SUGESTIONS: Broadbent cooked ham slices can be served hot, cold, or room temperature. TO HEAT SLICES: 1. Oven Method-Wrap in foil and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes. 2. Microwave Method-Cover slices in clear plastic wrap and heat 30 to 45 seconds on medium setting. Do Not Over Cook. Will make ham tough.

We have always sold cured pork products. Had customers interested in cleaner ingredient companies and we found Broadbent. They did not disappoint! These are flying off our shelves. And… made the tastiest lentil soup I’ve ever made with their bone in ham.

INEDIBLE WITH SALT, TURNED TO LEATHER AFTER A 3 SECOND HEAT, WATER RAN OUT OF THEM. I SENT THEM IN GIFT BASKETS AND THEY CARRIED MY NAME AND IM HORRIIFIED. I HARDLY BELIEVE THESE ARE REMOTELY "HEALTHY' TO EAT, WE COULD NOT CUT THEM OR CHEW THEM. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE THAN IF YOU ATE PURE SALT. THEY WERE FULL OF FAT ALSO. WOULDNT RECOMEND FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION EVER!
