This includes 5 Country Ham Breakfast Steaks, 5 Country Ham biscuit slices, 2 Country Ham dinner Steaks, 2 Country Ham Center Steaks, 1 Country Ham BEST season meat, 1Country Ham Hocks, 14oz proscuitto. Broadbent Country Bacon is a dry cured product. It does not require refrigeration. It has a shelf life of three months.To achieve the ultimate shelf life of the product, we recommend refrigerating for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.

We have always sold cured pork products. Had customers interested in cleaner ingredient companies and we found Broadbent. They did not disappoint! These are flying off our shelves. And… made the tastiest lentil soup I’ve ever made with their bone in ham.

INEDIBLE WITH SALT, TURNED TO LEATHER AFTER A 3 SECOND HEAT, WATER RAN OUT OF THEM. I SENT THEM IN GIFT BASKETS AND THEY CARRIED MY NAME AND IM HORRIIFIED. I HARDLY BELIEVE THESE ARE REMOTELY "HEALTHY' TO EAT, WE COULD NOT CUT THEM OR CHEW THEM. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE THAN IF YOU ATE PURE SALT. THEY WERE FULL OF FAT ALSO. WOULDNT RECOMEND FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION EVER!
