Country ham and biscuits are delicious any time of the day! We've taken our Country Ham and cut each slice perfectly to fit on a fresh, hot biscuit. This is a thin and tender slice, and saltier cut. Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Arrive Warm. Broadbent Uncooked Country Ham is vacuum sealed in 8oz packages and does not require refrigeration. To achieve the ultimate quality and shelf life of the product, we recommend refrigerating this product for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected daily, and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.

INEDIBLE WITH SALT, TURNED TO LEATHER AFTER A 3 SECOND HEAT, WATER RAN OUT OF THEM. I SENT THEM IN GIFT BASKETS AND THEY CARRIED MY NAME AND IM HORRIIFIED. I HARDLY BELIEVE THESE ARE REMOTELY "HEALTHY' TO EAT, WE COULD NOT CUT THEM OR CHEW THEM. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE THAN IF YOU ATE PURE SALT. THEY WERE FULL OF FAT ALSO. WOULDNT RECOMEND FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION EVER!
