All our chocolates are 100% natural and craft made bean to bar from the world's finest single estate cacaos. Soya Free. Gluten Free. Direct Trade. 1.76oz This is artisan chocolate, made bean to bar for the purest flavors. We use the world’s great single estate cacaos and 100% natural ingredients. To preserve the precious flavor notes of the beans, we make our chocolate in small batches, at low temperatures, taking up to 21 days (industrial chocolate takes a few hours).
