Here I have used a beautiful Rio Caribe bean with its classic nutty, coffee notes. Together with raw cane sugar, natural cocoa butter and milk, it is simply sublime. Being a cocoa farmer myself, I put the farmers at the heart of how we do business, buying all my cacao Direct Trade at a higher price premium than Fair Trade.
