Wholesale Pallone di Gravina Slow Food Presidium

Pallone di Gravina is a cheese apparently similar to caciocavallo cheese, with a spherical shape, produced with raw milk from farms in the Murgia Alta area and Gravina in Puglia. The origins are very remote: the finds found in the Botromagno Archaeological Park in Gravina in Puglia, give various testimonies.
