Eichtens is a third generation family farm specializing in European Style Gouda and Tilsit Cheese since 1976. Eichten's Cheeses are an made from fresh pasteurized cow's milk, true European culture and vegetable rennet. Eichtens cheeses are made from pure ingredients. They add no coloring, artificial flavors , preservatives or GMO Rennet. Aged in Eichtens aging rooms at a precise temperature. Moved and turned daily for correct breathing and aging. Goudas and Tilsit are aged 60 days or longer - the longer the aging period, the stronger the flavors.
