This coffee honours a small village in Yemen's Ibb region, renowned for its diverse landscape, high altitudes, and sub-tropical climate, which create ideal conditions for growing premium coffee beans. Grown in fertile soil and surrounded by stunning scenery, the local 'Yamaniya' coffee cherries are harvested from October to January. Farmers handpick the ripest cherries, which are then cleaned, quality-checked, and dried on raised beds.
