Wholesale Lupo Salami

Who needs beef jerky when you can have award winning salami?! Our salami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. All of our cured meats are handmade into 4 oz meat sticks. They make a great snack too! Deep, dark and mysterious, from the furthest reaches of the wild: A Russian Imperial stout meets Mexican mole to create a rich, globe-trotting flavor in this collaboration with Wolf’s Ridge Brewing (Columbus, Ohio). All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required! Our Lupo Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life. We stamp the salami with a 12-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged and try hard to not ship any with less than 10-months left. Wine & Cheese Pairings: Very umami-rich, Lupo is best served with full-flavored red wine like a Napa Cabernet or white wine like Chardonnay or Champagne. Pairs well with a mild, creamy Bleu Cheese or sharp cheddar.
