Wholesale Herbed Wagyu Bresaola (Whole)

2022 Good Food Awards Winner! Now available in whole pieces! Each piece will average 1.0 lb. The piece you receive might be a bit larger or a bit smaller (Faire does not have a variable weight function.) Once sliced, our Bresaola makes a great meat snack and some customers even call it a "fancy beef jerky"! Our Bresaola is the perfect non-pork, all-beef option for your charcuterie board too! We use Ohio-raised Wagyu Beef Eye of Round from Sakura Wagyu Farms, delicately flavored with a blend of aromatic herbs and spices, aged four months. Bresaola is traditionally sliced very thin and served with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh ground pepper. Refrigeration is recommended, but not required. No nitrate/nitrite added Wine & Cheese pairings: Serve our award winning Bresaola with a delicate white wine like Pinot Grigio, light red wine like Beaujolais or any Rosé. Pairs well with Burrata cheese.
