Our tin oil "il Tenace" is produced entirely in Sicily in Naro, in the province of Agrigento, by Salvatore Gueli Alletti, with a short and transparent supply chain. A blend of five olive varieties: Nocellara Etnea, Nocellara del Belice, Nocellara Messinese, Verdello and Biancolilla. On the nose and palate you can perceive notes of tomato, artichoke and freshly cut grass. Our producers have obtained organic certification. By purchasing Boniviri oil you support their commitment to olive cultivation in Sicily and bring a very high-quality oil to your table.
