Louianna Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from our estates located in Montorio Nei Frentani, Campobasso, Molise, Italy, cold-pressed from the freshest, most succulent olive varieties indigenous to the region. NO- Chemical synthetic, pesticide, NO-synthetic fertilisers or additives. Louianna Organic Olive Oil is Certified Organic & Extra Virgin with a remarkably low acidity of less than 0.5%, and PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) guaranteed by the European Economic Community created to protect & promote authenticity of origin. Louianna Organic Balsamic Vinegar is our newest addition from the Modena region of Italy. The balsamic vinegar is the result of the slow acidification of cooked grape must and wine vinegar alongside a four year maturation process in oak wooden casks. Aged balsamic vinegar is thicker, sweeter and more aromatic due to a longer reducing and ageing period. It is left to season in the antique oak casks where it embodies its unique fragrances and flavours.Read their story
