Made from durum wheat, shaped by hand, and slowly dried horizontally at low temperatures, they retain all their authenticity and unique taste. A true reflection of our culture and way of cooking, this pasta offers an Italian delight to savor! This generous format, with a rustic and slightly rough texture, holds the sauce just right.
