These pasta are particularly known for being cooked "all’amatriciana," a classic of Italian cuisine: bucatini, onions, datterino, dried chili, guanciale or pancetta. Typical pasta from Gargano, bronze-drawn and made in Serracapriola (Apulia) by the d'Amicis family. These artisanal pasta reflect our culture and way of cooking. Authentic flavors and a unique taste.
