OLIO DI SERRA is the story of a Franco-Italian family based in Lyon and originally from the Puglia region. It all started in our village of origin, Serracapriola, located in the Gargano Natural Park in the north of the Puglia region, where there are our family olive groves that we go to every year and thanks to which we produce our extra virgin olive oil. Grown with love, sun and know-how, on the fabulous soil of Gargano in southern Italy, our Peranzana and Risciola olives offer our extra virgin oil a fruity and powerful bouquet. Our annual vintage oscillates between sweetness and intensity. Our olive groves are worked using sustainable agriculture, combined with traditional pluriculture, they create with our work a 100% natural product, with exceptional organoleptic qualities. In addition to our olive oil, our desire is to promote our land and the know-how of our region by offering you the products of nine families of artisans and farmers with whom we collaborate directly. We offer a selection of handmade charcuteries, fresh and aged cheeses, fresh and aged cheeses, vegetables in oil, sauces but also breadsticks typical of our region in the image of local culinary habits and inspirations.
