About PASTA ELISAN

Pasta Elisan was born in the heart of the Agro Nocerino Sarnese, between the Amalfi Coast and the land of the San Marzano Tomato, a place rich in history and culinary tradition. Founded in 2016 by two young entrepreneurs from Campania and now led by Christian, Pasta Elisan combines past and future in the creation of artisanal pasta made with 100% Italian wheat. Our mission is to preserve and promote Italian tradition, bringing our high-quality pasta, crafted with traditional methods such as bronze drawing and slow drying, to the world. Additionally, with our Pasta Elisan Lab, we explore innovations like pasta enriched with extracts from Andean-Amazonian plants, to offer good and functional products.
