- Go to the Integrations tab, and select Shopify to install the Faire: Sell Wholesale app. Select Connect to Shopify.
- Enter your Shopify store prefix within the Shopify URL field and select Connect Shopify.
- The last part of your URL (".myshopify.com") is automatically filled in for you, so you'll only need to enter the first portion. Replace any spaces with -
- Select Connect Faire account.
- A pop up window will surface where you’ll select your Faire account that you want to connect to Shopify. The integration will now attempt to automatically link all products between Faire and Shopify. This step may take several minutes.
- Within the Link products on Faire with products on Shopify page you can view and manage linked products:
- Linked
- The list of products that were linked automatically.
- Not linked
- The list of products that weren’t able to be linked.
- You can manually link the product by searching the product name or SKU by using the Search products field.
- Once you’ve identified the product you’d like to link, select it from the list and choose Link.
- If there are products listed here that you don’t want linked, you can select the product and choose Not sold on Shopify. This will indicate that you’ve chosen not to link it to a product.
- Not sold on Shopify
- The list of products that you have indicated to not link to Shopify.

Within the Set up your Faire sales channel page, you’ll make selections for the following options:

How do you price your products on Shopify?
- You can choose I use retail pricing on Shopify or I use wholesale pricing on Shopify

How should we calculate your wholesale prices?
- If you selected retail pricing on the previous setting, enter the percentage reduction of retail pricing that will be used for wholesale pricing.
- If you selected wholesale pricing on the previous setting, enter the percentage increase of wholesale pricing that will be used for retail pricing.

Will you sell your products in cases?
- If you select Yes, we can assign a case size for all products.
- If you select No, Faire will default to case quantity of 1.

How should we import your products to Faire?
- You can choose Import products to Faire as published to immediately make products available.
- You can choose Import products to Faire as draft to allow you to review and add more product details before your products are available.

How do you price your products on Shopify?
- Once setting selections are made, select Next.

Within the Last step! Review your price, inventory, content and order syncing settings page, select Yes or No for the following features:

Do you want to enable price syncing?
- If you select Yes, prices changes on Shopify will automatically update your prices on Faire.
- If you select No, price changes on Shopify will not automatically update, and you can manually adjust prices.

Do you want to enable inventory syncing?
- If you select Yes, inventory counts on Faire will automatically update with the inventory counts on Shopify.
- If you select No, inventory counts will not automatically update inventory counts on Shopify.

Do you want to enable order syncing?
- If you select Yes, orders will automatically sync to Shopify when they’ve been accepted on Faire.
- If you select No, orders will not automatically sync to Shopify.

Do you want to enable price syncing?
- Select Finish to complete your integration set up.
Can I integrate Faire with Shopify if I use Shopify for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales?
Yes, you can integrate your Faire account with a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Shopify account, as well as a Business-to-Business (B2B) Shopify account. During the integration setup, you will have the option to choose whether Faire pulls the wholesale or retail price from Shopify. If you’re connecting with your D2C Shopify account, you should select retail pricing, and then set your wholesale pricing accordingly.
Can I change my Shopify settings?
Yes, you can make changes to your settings, or product linking at any time within the Faire: Sell Wholesale sales channel app.
