Our facility is called “Magick City” and functions as a Shared Kitchen for fellow food startups as well as a community arts venue for emerging artists, musicians, and filmmakers. Rich Awn, Founder & Master Brewer of both Mombucha and Magick City, is driven by the mission to integrate small-batch food and beverage production with community arts to create a cultural center focused on wellness, creativity, and economic autonomy. Mombucha differentiates itself from mainstream Kombucha products by offering an authentic version of Kombucha, brewed in the traditional style, one gallon at a time by hand in glass fermenters. We offer transparency in our brewing methods, traceability in sourcing the finest organic ingredients we can find, and close attention to the sustainability of our materials along the supply chain. Mombucha is a closed-cycle business where all aspects of the brand are reusable / compostable / recyclable / returnable.
