A family business from the start, the company was founded in the 1970s by Eugène Mourier and later taken over by his children; it has been run for the past nine years by Bruno Fleith. Previously a senior executive in the food industry and an entrepreneur at heart, Bruno Fleith embarked on the adventure and settled in Provence. In Nyons, he perpetuates Provençal know‑how and the tradition of southern recipes by selecting olives grown with passion in France and around the Mediterranean. Le Brin d’Olivier is now one of the main olive distributors in France.
