Le Brin d'Olivier, a 100% French company, on a human scale, also offers tapenades and olive oils to bring a South-East wind to the kitchen! Family owned from the start, the company created in the 70s by Eugène Mourier and then taken over by his children, has been managed for 9 years by Bruno Fleith. Formerly a senior manager in the food industry, an entrepreneur at heart, Bruno Fleith embarked on the adventure and settled in Provence. In Nyons, he perpetuates Provençal know-how and the tradition of southern recipes by selecting olives grown with passion in France and in the Mediterranean basin. Le Brin d'Olivier is now one of the main players in olive distribution in France. Committed to maintaining a confectionery business located in the heart of the Provençal Baronnies, the company now employs around fifteen people. Read their story
