Tapenade of green olives from the country - 180g jar Our green tapenade is made in Provence from only French olives of the Picholine variety, which have been previously selected by Le Brin d'Olivier from local producers. They are made according to a traditional recipe combining olives, anchovies, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, herbs of Provence and spices. To be enjoyed without moderation as an aperitif or to make delicious cooked dishes.
Active Ingredients: Picholine green olives 80% (Origin: France), extra virgin olive oil, capers 6.4%, anchovy paste 2.4% (anchovies (fish), olive oil), garlic, basil, concentrated lemon juice, Herbes de Provence, pepper. Produced in a facility that also handles: milk, egg, mustard, sesame.
