We create our oils like no other. We select the best olives, while they are still on the tree and mill them our own way. We work with dedicated local Italian farms across the country. This enables us to hand select our olives, pick them at their very best, and work in state-of-the-art facilities to create high-quality olive oil, consistently harvest after harvest. It’s a totally new way of creating olive oil, which is only possible because of our founder Claudio Vignoli and his expertise as both a master miller and olive oil sommelier. Beauty, an Expert Hand, and an Inspired Process Unlike many other artisan producers, Claudio and his years of expertise oversee the entire production process, by serving simultaneously as producer, importer, and distributor. This allows Claudio and the Vignoli team to manage the entire supply chain, from selection and production to packaging and shipping. We can hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards of quality while still maintaining a reasonable price point. Our products are packaged and bottled on-site in our high-tech factory located in Miramar, Florida, to preserve both flavor and freshness ensuring extraordinary quality.Read their story
