Faire+ orders are placed and managed through your brand portal, just like other orders on Faire.
Here’s what’s different:
- Orders from large retail partners are labeled as such in your Orders list, so you can easily identify them.
- You fulfill these orders through the Brand Portal, following the same general process you use today.
- Some large retailers may require shipping with their shipping carrier account. When that happens, we’ll ensure you’re made aware before fulfillment.
Aside from these differences, order management, invoicing, and payment are handled in one place, just as they are for other orders.
