How do I set up my account and schedule an appointment?

Follow the steps below to create an Open Dock account and schedule an appointment at the US Midwest Receiving HUB.

1. Visit Open Dock and either:
   • Register for a new account, or
   • Sign in to your existing account.
2. Use the search bar to find the fulfillment center. Search for NA-27 Midwest Receiving Hub 2.
   Tip: Add this warehouse to your favorites to make future bookings faster.
3. Select the fulfillment center located at 1998 Melissa Ln Aurora, IL 60506.
4. Click Book appointment.
5. Select the shipment’s load type.
6. Choose a date and time. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, based on the fulfillment center’s local time.
7. Enter the required appointment details:
   • WRO / Load Number / ShipBob Order Number
     (Use the WRO ID for drop-offs.)
   • Merchant Name: Your company’s name.
   • Number of Pallets: An accurate count is required.
   • Optional: PO number, container number, or order ID.
   • Bill of Lading (BOL): Upload the file using the Upload Files button, if available.
   • Appointment Notes: Add any relevant details for the warehouse team.
   • Email Subscribers: Add email addresses for anyone who should receive appointment notifications.
8. Click Confirm booking. You’ll see a success message once your appointment is confirmed.

What if my shipping carrier needs specific warehouse information to schedule a dock appointment?
