We understand brands organize their inventory for packaging in a variety of ways. We want to ensure that packing Faire orders is easy and customized to your process and so we’ve incorporated some configurable options to our packing slips.
To access these configurations follow these steps:
- Go to Account settings
- Select the Orders tab
Product sorting
This configuration enables you to adjust the item sorting logic for the packing slips. We currently provide 4 options:
- Sort alphabetically by product name (default)
- Sort alphanumerically by SKU
- Sort by category and then alphanumerically by SKU
- Sort by category and then alphabetically by product name
To update your preference simply select your desired option. Once you’ve made an update it will apply to all of your packing slips moving forward.
Include product images
This configuration gives you the option to show your product image thumbnails on packing slips. This setting will default to off, so you must enable it to include photos on your packing slip. To enable this feature simply select the toggle button from off to on.
Once this is turned on it will apply to all of your packing slips you print moving forward.
Include a QR code
This configuration gives you the option to show a QR code for retailers to leave a review on packing slips. This setting will default to off, so you must enable it to include a QR code on your packing slip. To enable this feature simply select the toggle button from off to on.
